  • What areas do you deliver to?

    We deliver to Manhattan, Junction City, Riley, Wamego, Ogden, and St. George. 

    We also deliver to the following facilities:

  • Do you offer in-store pickup?

    Yes, we offer in-store pickups. If you'd like to place an order for pickup, please call us at 785-776-7989.

  • What are your delivery policies?

    A local delivery fee of $12.95 ($9.00 delivery + $3.95 website processing fee) will be added to each order for the Manhattan area, for each address. Deliveries to Junction City, Riley, and Wamego a delivery fee of $18.95 ($15.00 delivery + $3.95 website processing fee). Deliveries to Ogden and St. George a delivery fee of $15.95 ($12.00 delivery + $3.95 website processing fee). For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, a $10.00 phone and service fee will be included to the order.


    Local delivery orders must be received before 1:00pm in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day
    delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.


    We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.


    We are unable to make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays (unless for a special event approved in advance by
    owners). Deliveries requested on these days will be delivered the following business day.


    We are unable to accept international orders over the internet or over the phone.

  • What payment types are accepted?

    We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express, or a Kistner's house account. 

  • What if my chosen flowers aren't available?

    Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.

    In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

  • What are your holiday policies?

    To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.


    Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
